  16. If you have experience or are interested in developing web tools (such as
  17. web editors, browsers, form/script generators, counter tools, GIF/JPEG
  18. tools, anything cool, etc.) and would like to create/market your product
  19. through an experienced web-based software publisher, please contact me.

  21. My new company, LionWare, is ready to go online on the web to promote the
  22. best in affordable web editing tools. I want to provide evalution-style
  23. shareware, easily accessible on the web and other online channels, and
  24. which will be marketed throughout web/online channels and related
  25. publications.

  27. I am currently working with developing partners through standard
  28. non-disclosure agreements and intend to sell their products on a royalty
  29. basis through standard software publishing agreements. Basically, the
  30. developer creates and upgrades the web tool; I productize, advertise,
  31. distribute, sell, and support the product.

  33. My motivation for doing this? Web editing tools are becoming more and more
  34. popular as the web continues to explode in popularity. And the web provides
  35. a superb marketing channel for software.
